How we work

How we operate

The church is governed according to biblical principles, with a clear separation of responsibilities.

1

Spiritual governance

Doctrinal and pastoral decisions rest with the Apostle and the Elders.

2

Department coordination

Each department leader reports directly to the Lead Pastor.

3

Members assembly

Active members participate in important decisions of church life.

4

Financial transparency

Finances are managed by a management committee under pastoral supervision.
